      Kevin BroemerSo you advertise "Tomorrow Never Waits", what do I have to do as a consumer who has one of your products that is faulty! That is all I have been doing waiting. I'm going on my 4th device from you.. I currently have a ZTE SPRO model #MF97W, and it has been in the repair facility (in Grapevine, Texas) RMA# 201704262663335 more than I have been using it. They received my 3rd device May 3rd and nothing has been done to it as of yet! When I do call Customer Service I always get a run-around and they tell me it is going to be escalated or awaiting parts. As soon as I get it back when it is so-called repaired or replaced within a day or two, the display looks like a lava lamp, the color is distorted and flickers. Bottom line I want a refund!!! I paid $320.00 for the item! I thought I would give you guys a chance to get it right but obliviously that is not going to happen. I spend more time calling customer service, waiting for the repairs to be done, running back and forth to the post office than actually using it and it is getting old and tiresome. So bottom line for me as a consumer please refund me the amount of $319.95 that I paid for this device. Thank you for your time, Kevin Broemer.
